Aircraft seat fabrics

We create seat fabrics in 100% wool, wool/nylon or 100% Trevira CS. Chenille fabrics come in wool or Trevira CS, and all fabrics meet vertical burn test standards.
We engineer anti-pill and anti-stain technologies to preserve and extend the appearance and working life of fabrics.
We are a world leader in the development of anti-static aircraft seat fabrics, which enhances passenger comfort.

Carpets & carpet kits

Manufactured in our factory in Donegal, our compositions include 100% Wool and 100% Nylon, Wool/ Nylon blends such as 80/20 or 95/5. We can also provide eco carpets with 100% recycled nylon and undyed wool. We supply 1, 2 and 3 frame carpets in loop or cut pile for any Aviation project. Weights range from light weight 1200 g/m2 to 2,000 g/m2, carpet backing options include adhesive, anti-fray and latex. All of our carpets meet vertical burn test standards.
Our design innovations include carpets with integrated fibre optics and light-reactive fibres.
With dedicated in-house design and test facilities as well as pre-cut carpet kit option we can give you a consultative turnkey source to aviation throughout any order process.

Aviation curtains

Curtain fabrics are made of 100% Wool, Wool/Nylon or 100% Trevira CS, in a variety of weights from 230 to 400 grams per square metre.
We have developed advanced noise and light suppression technologies — as well as innovative light-reactive fabrics. All curtains meet vertical burn test standards.
We also supply fully made up steam-pleated, sewn-pleated, ready-to-fit curtains.
